We really enjoyed eating at La Cuocarina during our holiday in Pizzo, in fact we came back several times.We ate in and also used the take away option. The ladies there were so nice and friendly and the food was delicious!

Nice, small and quiet location, in the center of the square in Pizzo. We started with a bowl of fresh fried potatoes and meatballs, all truly delicious. Next we ordered two sandwiches, one with fried chicken and burrata and another with sausage and nduja cream. Everything was delicious and fresh, even the bread. The cost is excellent for the quality of the products. I highly recommend.

Excellent! The owner is of exemplary sweetness and courtesy, very friendly. My boyfriend and I had a plate of fried onion rings... Truly delicious and cooked to perfection. We took the sandwich which is on the menu under the name "Piedigrotta"... We have no words for how good it is. Extremely fresh ingredients and exquisitely cooked. I highly recommend it.

Recommended for a quick lunch. Sandwiches with too much bread and too little accompaniment (e.g. too little swordfish or octopus). The swordfish sandwich was a little bland.

Locale super pulito con prodotti freschissimi, abbiamo mangiato il classico cuoppo di calamari e baccalà fritto l'olio era pulito e in bocca si sentiva il profumo del mare i miei complimenti!

30/03/2024: Great atmosphere and delicious pizza! I definitely recommend il Porticato.
10/02/2024: Incomparable in an old city palace, very good food and stunningly good pizza (from the wood oven, of course). The service sometimes takes a while. The ambience is great, no matter which room. You feel like you've been transported back to the time of knights. Very cheaply priced. An absolute recommendation!

Caffé del Corso

26/09/2023: Cercando online, due bar vengono consigliati per "il miglior tartufo" a Tropea. Ecco, li ho provati entrambi e non c'è paragone: vince l'altro. Questo ci è sembrato molto simile a quelli confezionati, un vero peccato.
22/08/2023: El tartufo clásico de Corso es el mejor que he probado. Pedimos también uno al pistacchio, pero el clásico se lleva todos los premios. La atención es super amable también. No se lo pierdan si están en Tropea.
