Forget dinghy-style cornices, here you will find a pizza not contaminated by current fashions. A "sincere" one, from the 90s Palermo so to speak, that is, the best period. Fragrant dough, soft and crunchy at the right point, accompanied by simple but quality ingredients. The calzone is also excellent, filled with quality cooked ham, but above all dry and not messy as you usually find in most pizzerias. Normal prices, present and unobtrusive service. Highly recommended.

Dimenticatevi cornicioni stile canotto, qui troverete una pizza non contaminata dalle mode del momento. Una “sincera”, palermitana anni 90 per intenderci, ovvero il periodo migliore. Impasto fragrante, morbido e croccantino al punto giusto, accompagnato da ingredienti semplici ma di qualità. Ottimo anche il calzone, ripieno con un prosciutto cotto di qualità, ma soprattutto asciutto e non sbrodoloso come è solito trovare nelle maggior parte delle pizzerie. Prezzi nella norma. Servizio presente e non invadente. Molto consigliato.

Great pizza, great staff, great prices.

Cute little restaurant on one of the side streets. I ate here twice and tried both the pasta and pizza. The pizza turned out to be my favorite of my entire Italy trip, and the crust was cooked to perfection. Thick and puffy just the way I like it! Absolutely love the pizza; the best so far. The only issue was the extra service tax of €2 per person or some amount. This was the only restaurant in Palermo I went to that did that. Not cool.

Excellent place, I highly recommend everyone to try their special pizza. well-leavened dough, excellent toppings and crunchy pizza.!

Pizza molto molto buona. Impasto morbido e ben lievitato. Ingredienti di ottima qualità ed abbondanti. Buona scelta di birre anche artigianali. Locale carino. Signore molto gentili. Posizione centralissima. Consigliato.

Tutto molto buono, dall’antipasto alle pizze. Chi cerca un’alternativa alle pizze “nuovo stampo” a cornicione alto non rimarrà insoddisfatto: io non sono tra questi, ma se una pizza è buona lo è a prescindere dallo “stile”. Posizione centrale e location abbastanza curata, conto in linea con le attese.

Kleines feines Restaurant abseits der Touristenströme. Aussen- (viel) und Innenplätze (wenig). Leckere Bruscetta, Handgemachte Pasta mit Pistazien oder handgemachte Pasta carbonara - schön würzig. Sehr nette Bedienung. Italienisch, englisch und Deutsch fließend. Nur das Bier war extrem wässrig - besser nicht bestellen.
