Classic Roman cuisine (I didn't really appreciate the carbonara due to the slightly raw fresh pasta).
Friendly and helpful staff.

One of the most famous branches of Ariccia (lower area). Rustic atmosphere, inevitable checked tablecloth, friendly staff, fast service, booking is recommended. Typical dishes of the castles are really good, excellent porchetta, very good tripe, beans and pork rinds, delicious donuts offered with coffee (served still warm and fragrant). Top value for money account. Highly recommended. I hope to come back soon.

Typical local restaurant, the place is small but welcoming. As soon as you enter you see a nice counter full of typical products which leads you into a room where the tables fit together to the centimeter (and you queue for the only small toilet).
The food was in line with expectations, we had a rich assorted starter as well as typical and tasty first courses. The price? On average, yes because that's the average now...you also pay the addition for each takeaway container!

Characteristic fraschetta with excellent food in quality and quantity to be consumed on site. 5 stars for everything with some notes. In Ariccia we go for porchetta and, from my point of view, it should be served hot. It's always best to book. There may be difficulties with parking and especially with agility for those with mobility difficulties (wheelchairs and crutches).

Everything was excellent, nothing to say about the dishes, the service needs to be improved. Cozy environment unfortunately with little space. Before leaving we also purchased some excellent porchetta from their stand. The carbonara is wonderful.

È la seconda volta che torno in questa fraschetta e devo dire che non si smentisce mai!.
Locale accogliente,staff gentile ed efficace per non parlare della simpatia della proprietaria.
Passiamo al pranzo:eccezionale nella qualità e nella quantità.Vi consiglio di provare I carciofi alla romana e la carbonara...la più buona della mia vita.
Insomma un'esperienza da ripetere!!!
