Ristorantino bello curato e gestito da persone molto cordiali in quel di confienza Piccolo centro tra Pavia Novara e Vercelli Cucina schietta buona e chiaramente tipica il risotto non può mancare e la paniscia lo fa da padrona un antipastino con del baccalà molto fresco e un risotto con gorgonzola rapa rossa e colatura di alici buonissimo carta dei vini presente con referenze importanti il tutto gestito da una responsabile di sala Attiva precisa e soprattutto molto cordiale corretto rapporto qualità prezzo

Discovered by chance, I don't visit the area very often but finding a restaurant of this level was an incredible surprise. As a villager, I will always support those who choose to open a business in a small village, in this specific case offering a mix of tradition, quality, contemporaneity and high-level customer orientation. Sincere congratulations!

12/03/2024: Excellent service a welcoming and elegant local Bristot. The one Michelin star restaurant has very high level cuisine with a fantastic thing you can eat directly in the kitchen while watching the chef, this experience was definitely one of the best. Then they take you into the cave to savor the dessert and while you observe their selection of wines... The staff is very young but very knowledgeable... super recommended for a romantic dinner 🥰
