A place immersed in the fantastic Furlo pass... simple and clean restaurant, necessary premise, 4-legged friends are welcome. Now I'm talking about food... but what am I telling you to do... We took a platter of cured meats for two, a tagliatelle with white truffle and a fillet of blackberry from Romagna, again with white truffle... A real pleasure. Marco the waiter made us feel like we were at home, the chef came to our table to make sure everything was ok, the owner who I remember was very very kind. Dopo esser arrivati nelle Marche abbiamo deciso di degustare questo famoso ristorante marchigiano per il tartufo e la carne! Dopo esservi accomodati abbiamo ricevuto l’entree di crema di formaggio e tartufo bianco e poi ho ordinato lo strigolo con farine integrali e crema di Parmigiano con Tartufo Bianco di Acqualagna e La suprema di faraona glassata al verdicchio con Tartufo Bianco di Acqualagna e patate al forno. Il tutto accompagnato da una bottiglia di Sant'Andrea In Villis Colli Pesaresi Sangiovese DOC Riserva 2018. Il tutto era buonissimo, super squisito e davvero di una qualità mai assaggiata! Ora capisco perché questa Regione è famosa per il tartufo! Consiglio il ristorante per tutto, soprattutto per il personale e i camerieri. Davvero disponibili al 100%. Un’esperienza irripetibile che farei di nuovo e di nuovo!!

Bel ristorante, abbiamo mangiato bene, cibo ottimo , buona carta dei vini; al tavolo una ottima Francesca gentile, accogliente, disponibile e paziente. Siamo stati molto bene , carne ottima ; da dire sicuramente disordinata e non omogenea la consegna dei piatti al tavolo ( eravamo dodici ) . Comunque siamo stati bene e ci torneremo.
