Really nice place, excellent pizza and desserts (I tried the chocolate colomba). The service was professional with the two girls always smiling and fast.

Really very good pizzas with high quality ingredients. Fast and impeccable service. The girl in the dining room was also very good. An experience to be repeated for sure.

The only flaw is that when you book online, unfortunately if there is no room they won't answer you so you are always unsure what to do, it would be a good idea to confirm availability but also non-availability Thank you

Undoubtedly among the best pizzas around. Excellent dough first of all: crunchy, light. Good quality raw material, especially for a pizza. High prices: although among the best pizzas around, the food cost of a pizza varies little even when using better raw materials. If at least the service was adequate for the price... And instead the service does not shine in preparation and presentation, the combination of drinks is unbalanced. They could add some craft beers and some good quality bitters/grappas. In short, they push from the kitchen but the rest suffers. The last thing that absolutely needs to be corrected to make the customer feel better is the possibility of dividing the bill by shares. It's simple, we're in 2024: divide the total by the number of guests and have each person draw a card. Not doing so denotes a lack of service (confirming what was said above and by many many other customers). (Pointing to a sign written by you that says "separate accounts are not available" has no validity in the lack of service that you DECIDE to offer).

Excellent pizza by the shovel, very high quality ingredients, I would have taken another one to try other flavors but I ate my fill of the desserts at least the high level leavened ones where the highest level was...maybe the wait was a little long between the end meal and dessert but it was worth it... the only flaw is that the veranda doesn't have a particularly pleasant view and the environment is, to my taste, a little too modern for being in the mountains. However I will definitely return, the price aligned with the quality. One piece of advice I found was that the customer was left to their own devices, the waitresses, although nice, should explain the offer a little more and better both when taking the order and during table service.

Situata in un immobile isolato sulla strada per la Valserena, ha un aspetto accogliente ed è piena di fotografie che ne testimoniano un ricco passato. Il menu è piuttosto corto e viene presentato a voce: antipasti di vario tipo, tagliatelle e tortelloni (ragù, funghi o tartufo), alcuni secondi di carne ma anche uovo al tartufo. Ottima la polenta fritta coi funghi, deliziose le tagliatelle perché condite unicamente con fettine di tartufo, buono il secondo di carne e profumato l'uovo. Insomma tutto piacevolissimo, anche il dessert di dolcini fatti in casa col vino liquoroso: un trattamento speciale anche nel servizio, informale e competente. Alla fine anche il prezzo contenuto ci ha invogliato a tornare prima possibile.

Se si va per mangiare alla Lanterna, bisogna essere in grado di capirne di gastronomia. Occorre non avere quel sussiego evidente spia della propria ignoranza, bisogna capire che cosa significhi la cucina sincera, occorre pure avere sensibilità nelle relazioni con chi sta lavorando al cibo per te, con passione ed esperienza. Il locale è quello: una vecchia locanda come la deve essere, col suo fascino di orgogliosi trascorsi; chi pretenda altro vada appunto altrove... Augusta è scrittrice del territorio e ai tavoli è vorticosa ed amabile, Leo in cucina è cuoco di antica modernità; il servizio è casalingo, con l'indulgenza che a volte necessita. La qualità delle preparazioni è al di sopra di rimproveri: tutto è davvero genuino e di adiacente cortile. Buoni antipasti vari, con ricotta eccellente; poi funghi, pasta e ragoût, lasagne e tortelloni inappuntabili; l'arrosto misto è memorabile; il conto è sempre più che magro. Se poi si ritornerà, si chieda con anticipo al Leo i suoi straordinari tagliolini neri (dove non c'è cacao...). Alla locanda bisogna in ogni modo andarci: se si è fortunati si avrà accoglienza, altrimenti si chieda il numero telefonico ai titolari per una prenotazione, perché non lo si trova negli elenchi, e già questo è un atout confortante!
