Appetizer Maxi, home made cured meats and cheeses accompanied by delicious vegetable side dishes. We tried the ravioli, porcini mushroom tagliatelle, homemade fusilli., and the grilled sausages. Everything is homemade, mostly grown on the farm and made on the premises. The lemon crostata (tart) was a perfect meal end for sharing.

The location is beautiful and quiet. The food is very good and the pizza is very good. I recommend the platters with local delicacies (cold cuts, cheeses, mozzarella in mortalla) and all the other appetizers. We meet there with friends and family a couple of times a year and the guys who run it are always courteous and very kind and allow us to spend a nice evening together in good company.

Bellissima azienda Prodotti buonissimi servizio eccellente Qualche problema nell organizzazione del 15 Agosto Mangiato unenu fisso a 35 euro ma le porzioni per essere al sud misere. Panorama eccezionale

15/10/2023: If you leave the motorway and look for a pizzeria, it's the only one that offers you a table. Too bad that we were the only customers in the room. Yet the place is nice and the owners are kind. However, the pizza could be improved: perhaps with a little more quality.
24/09/2023: abbiamo mangiato qui un sabato sera di settembre; posto molto tranquillo con pochi tavoli in zona non troppo caotica ma abbastanza centrale. la pizza è veramente molto buona... l'impasto è molto leggero e digeribile, e non gonfia la pancia. anche gli ingredienti usati erano di buonissimo livello. conto forse fin troppo equo. bravi. se ricapitiamo in zona torniamo di sicuro.

21/01/2024: Modest but welcoming internal room, located in the historic center, Maisto is a family-run restaurant where you can taste the typical products of the area cooked in a traditional way. The outdoor space with the ancient church of the Assunta in front makes the difference. Excellent food at normal prices. Claudia and Felicia's friendliness stands out. Advised

Where you can appreciate the typical Cilento cuisine, but with the search for top products by the owner "CARLO", a unique character in all aspects view..... Sociable, smiling and very attentive to his customers..... IL MASTIO HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
