Mono tematico o quasi . Questa ‘stanzetta’ che sembra la casa di un single un po’ disordinato mi ha divertito per la originalità e l’anticonformismo . Bollito decorosissimo con tra salse appropriate . Buoni i dolci . Buono il barbera . Il gestore in sintonia perfetta con l’ambiente (sembra più casa sua che un ristorante)

Last night for the first time my partner and I had dinner at this inn we found on the internet because we wanted boiled meat. We were fascinated both by the very intimate environment and by the owners who manage it. Two really kind people who accompanied and advised us on our journey in search of an excellent Piedmontese boiled meat. We had a really good time, and we defined the whole dinner as AN EXPERIENCE. The good quality - price ratio also deserves a mention, which makes the difference these days. What more can I add?! We will definitely return and recommend this delightful location. A small restaurant run exclusively by the owner. The boiled meat is served in a traditional way with care and authentic passion. The welcome was very nice, we chatted with the owner who was present but not intrusive. In the room there is a beautiful grand piano. I highly recommend it, a wonderful experience.

Il paradiso del bollito, in qualsiasi giorno dell anno! Locale piccolo con pochi posti a sedere (12/14), il proprietario figura unica (servizio ai tavoli, cucina) e tutto molto buono. I piatti tra cui scegliere sono pochi ma assolutamente ben preparati. Prezzo 30 euro, bevande escluse.

We went to this restaurant near the Nuvola Lavazza, immediately after Jannik Sinner's wonderful feat at the Australian Open (the victory of his first Grand Slam, a historic feat for an Italian tennis player). Luckily, despite the late hour, we were able to get seated quite easily. The place is very small, I think the capacity is a maximum of 20 seats. Simple furnishings. There is a pellet stove in the center of the room, but we found the temperature in the room low. We opted for a boiled menu (€30) and an inn menu (€27). The first includes a series of boiled meat dishes and tortellini in broth. The inn's menu, however, includes a mixed Piedmontese starter (cold), agnolotti and a dessert. Between the two I would certainly recommend the boiled menu, much more substantial and with a much better quality/price ratio. Furthermore, the boiled meat is really good, accompanied with three sauces (green sauce, horseradish, mustard). Perhaps I would have preferred the boiled meat dishes served all together. The other dishes are slightly subdued. Very slow service. Browsing through the old reviews I was able to see that a few years ago the prices were decidedly lower. We spent €60 between us, all in all I would say it was ok despite the increases, which however, as we well know, affected everything.

We were looking for a restaurant where we could eat boiled meat with sauces. The great reviews brought us here and it was wonderful. All good, excellent flavours, attentive and courteous service. When we return to Turin it will certainly be one of our gastronomic destinations. Thanks for everything .

Atmosfera perfetta per una cena tipica, come in una sala di casa, con vere specialità, di gran gusto. Gestione non comune, professionale ma cordiale.

Il locale è molto piccolo, ma a mio avviso è un suo punto di forza perché garantisce la giusta intimità e accentua il carattere familiare dell’attività. Il servizio è ottimo, con i miei fratelli ci siamo lasciati coccolare dal titolare, anche se il menù è scritto in maniera poco chiara. Il cibo è ottimo, particolarmente gli agnolotti e il bollito, mentre la bagna cauda aveva acciughe un po’ troppo salate e mancava un po’ di aglio, ma questi sono gusti. In ogni caso fidatevi dei suggerimenti del titolare, molto in gamba e appassionato. Il conto per la media cittadina è medio basso, ma le porzioni, rispetto agli standard a cui siamo abituati sono lievemente scarse.
