quite informal environment and really good food, kind and welcoming workers. I was captured by the menu which was unusual for me and I was totally satisfied with the flavours. Excellent pasta with broad beans and peasant-style wild boar too.

As promised I returned to Rasiglia and went back to eat with my friends at the minus three inn, I found the same welcoming staff and a place where you feel truly pampered. The owners Stefano and Cristiana are excellent and friendly people, and the food..... super. If you pass by, stop and you can tell me. Thank you guys!!!

Excellent restaurant that welcomed us with our two dogs in tow. Delicious food, quick service. Paccheri and wild boar as a choice. Homemade truffle bitters.

Great food and excellent service
For dishes I recommend the Paccheri with broad beans and the Rocciata for dessert.
You need to book as the place is always full.

Take a walk in Rasiglia, a small village and maybe go around lunch time and stop in this very small place.
You will come into contact with Stefano the owner, he behaves like an ordinary worker, discreet but a great man.
Everything you taste will amaze you.
Thank you Stefano for giving us the opportunity to taste your specialties even though we hadn't booked and you were super full.

Il localino si trova al primo piano di una struttura che al piano terra funziona come bar. Il proprietario è cordiale e ci si sente come a casa. Il servizio buono. Saporito il primo di tagliatelle con funghi e crema di castagne e il secondo di cinghiale. I prezzi sono nella norma.

Per fortuna aver prenotato precedentemente ed essere arrivati alle 12:30 altrimenti penso che non avremmo avuto alcuna possibilità. Gentile la signora in sala che ci ha descritto i piatti.
Abbiamo iniziato con 2 Bruschette Miste (Patè di vari Vegetali) e un Tagliere Misto per 2. A seguire una Fettuccina Funghi Porcini (Congelati) e Castagne (Buono il Condimento, un po' meno la Fettuccina) e una Buona Coratella. Inoltre un'Arista di Maiale e fuori Menù dei Cappellacci ai Porcini (nella Media)
Infine essendo un Compleanno, avvisati preventivamente, ci è stato gentilmente Confezionato un Profitterol (Genuino) con Candelina.
Con Acqua, Vino Locale Sfuso e Caffè, circa 40€ a Persona. Prezzo un po' più alto per via della Torta.
