Honestly one of the best gluten-free pizzas I've ever had anywhere. This restaurant is 100% gluten-free and safe for Celiacs, but non-celiacs will love it just as much. It is very no-frills. When we ate there, there were two employees: one chef, one server serving the entire restaurant. We started with focaccia with burrata and poppy seeds which was incredible. I got the Bischera, with onion, mushroom, artichoke, ham, and sausage. My wife got the eggplant parmesan pizza. Both were just perfect. This is a magical place and worth a visit if you're in Turin, Celiac or not. You won't be disappointed!

I would say that the 5 stars are too few to evaluate all aspects of this place.... The excellent service and friendliness are guaranteed... it really feels like eating a normal pizza, however the dough is gluten-free with an excellent flavour... Spectacular Nutella crepes…. The managers are really good and very nice... congratulations!!

Situato in zona centrale, il grave handicap di questo locale è la mancanza di personale. 2 sole persone non possono fare il lavoro che normalmente dovrebbe essere di 4 o 5. Diamo lavoro a qualche ragazzo o ragazza giovane...faremo due cose buone: il locale migliora e fate campare e crescere qualche giovane dalle belle speranze. A parte questo, è tutto gluten free. La pizza è discreta, sufficientemente buona. Così come la farinata. La scelta delle birre "normali" è assolutamente limitata. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo è medio alto.
