Authentic. The price is not fair to the quantity. But the enjoyment is right. I know Italian cuisine very well. If you're looking for something off the beaten path of tourism, you're in good hands here.

Very nice cozy and authentic restaurant. The friendly waitress recommended that I order spagetti aglio olio without cheese. So completely original Italian. Good recommendation. It was very delicious.

We stumbled upon this restaurant our first night in Rome and were so happy we did. The menu is full of delicious dishes, and we enjoyed every bite and sip of our dinner. The owner was gracious and kind and allowed us to customize a dish from gnocci to spaghetti to fit our preferences. The food was amazing and very local. The owner also gave us a bit of history about the area. A very charming and delicious restaurant in Rome!!

Traditional Roman cuisine. Pinsae, Gnocchi and Spaghetti Aglio Olio are highly recommended. The restaurant is located a little away from the sights in a quiet alley and is therefore not overpriced, like the restaurants right next to the Pantheon or the Spanish Steps.

First night in Rome and had an amazing meal here! It was recommended to us by a friend and did not disappoint. A little hole in the wall away from the tourist hub but close enough to the attractions of the Spanish steps! Ten out of ten would definitely come back!!

Due pinze romane fatte a dovere, ambiente tranquillo e casalingo, prezzo onesto lontano da quelli dei locali a due passi.. forse vale la pena perdersi fino a via della lupa

Charming restaurant we just happened upon while wandering around Rome. We had a delicious pinsa and fresh salad, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely go back!

13/03/2024: Overlooking, if ever possible, the nostalgia for the previous management, in the new Settimio you can eat good Roman cuisine with quality raw materials and execution of the dishes in line with the best levels. Courteous and fast service. A serious flaw for me is the total lack of soundproofing of the place, which was recently renovated, which, when crowded, makes normal conversation difficult.
28/01/2024: Chic & Very Good!💅🏻😋 Settimio is a very historic place in Rome and although no longer managed by the wonderful couple of old owners, today under the ownership of "Cesare al Casaletto" the tradition of quality and goodness has been maintained if not strengthened!🔥❤️‍🔥 The menu is classic and wonderfully respects the Roman tradition and everything is good and tasty, made with passion and quality!!!💥😍 So yes, a restaurant, but very well frequented and with (deservedly) rather high prices! If you are in the "core" of Rome you must go there!!!🌟🌟🌟
