01/04/2024: What a breath of fresh air! With all of the "bigger" places out there and customer service going by the way side, it's refreshing to see that John and his team are not letting that hinder the way they do business. This was my first purchase, so I was a little skeptical. That all went away as the day after placing my order, I got a phone call going over what to expect with shipping of my new tank and supplies. I then got a follow-up call to go over the details one more time! Everything arrived lighting fast, well packaged and with zero issues. I've already placed another order! 12/01/2024: I ordered an item and they called me up the next day to let me know the actual item is out of stock. Then John told me he was going to upgrade my purchase to the next model up!! This is my third purchase and will definitely not be my last. Can't beat free shipping!!!
