It was a very pleasant experience.
I felt pampered by the always attentive staff; not only did the palate appreciate the dishes but also the eyes saw new possibilities for their presentation.

Restaurant of exceptional quality, super elegant and romantic environment. As a couple we had a very good time, innovative dishes but still with generous portions. Friendly and empathetic wait staff.

The NATURE menu was incredible (we have the same opinion for the 3 out of 4 menus), I really have a hard time understanding the negative opinions of some, who should come back to earth to see what good is happening there and beautiful ! Bravo for this Italian vegetarian cuisine, excellent in flavors and discoveries from the appetizer to the dessert!

Discovered by chance during the carnival a few years ago. The restaurant is really well looked after with friendly staff who are prepared to answer questions. Not a huge menu but still satisfying. Quality ingredients with an in-depth refinement of tastes and flavours.
Worth a visit.

I don't usually do reviews. But here I have to. Nice place, friendly service. Although we ordered simple dishes, they were carefully prepared and presented elegant. And, most importantly, tasty.

They suggested this very cozy and intimate place with just a few tables, which is why the attention to the guests and the care of the dishes is of an excellent level. The structure is traditional with vaulted ceilings, beautiful glass and well-selected background music. We were greeted with a fun and interesting entrée of Crodino foam with peanut butter.
Homemade loaf bread is light and simple, perfect for accompanying and enhancing well-prepared dishes. The staff is always available to tell details of the dish and answer technical cooking questions. We continued with a
Confit cod cooked to perfection with a balanced level of salt, only the onion and potato cream didn't have much personality in my opinion (but just to expect perfection from the best in the class) delicious red beans cod in nice cevice, small note on the temperature in in my opinion too cold compared to the rest of the composition of the
Flat and the flavor was not fully enhanced.
Then very good marinated veal
Formidable capone ravioli, very tasty miso broth and perfect al dente cooking.
Interesting cherry wood smoked pork served in a bell that contained its smoke.
Fassona cube on plate of excellent pink salt.
To conclude, the dessert was also good and delicate and like films sometimes has a sad ending but not always :)
The chef's tour of the table for a final greeting was appreciated.
Excellent value for money.

A pranzo con amici la Domenica della battaglia delle arance . Il locale deve il suo nome al personaggio più importante dello storico carnevale. La location, in pieno centro è molto carina, salette con il soffitto a volte .
Abbiamo scelto menù di carnevale per praticità ma vi erano proposte molto interessanti anche alla carta. Le portate erano tutte buone, uovo poche con cialda al parmigiano ma soprattutto molto gradevole il risotto alla zucca. Servizio veloce e prezzo congruo , insomma siamo rimasti soddisfatti di tutto.

Ci siamo recati con amici memori della cena stratosferica di qualche anno fa; questa volta è stato un po' sotto alle aspettative anche se comunque di livello alto. Sulla qualità delle materie prime non si discute.
Eccezionale l'entree: un cubetto di salsa di vitello tonnato con involucro di gelatina di peperoni rossi. Molto buoni i gnocchetti alla zucca con salsiccia di Brà (ce n'era un po' poca...) e bleu di Aosta. Molto tenera la carne di maiale avvolta in pancetta (bassa temperatura) con insalatina (anche qui quantità un po' risicata; ce ne voleva il triplo). Sufficiente il dessert con semifreddo alle arachidi e gelato al caffè. Ottima la bottiglia di Ruchè. Prezzo leggermente alto
