Huge and delicious gluten-free pizza! Recommended! I read in other reviews about the character of the staff: I have not encountered this, however I remind both the owners and customers of the importance of showing patience and always using a smile and kind manner.

Fantastic pizza, first time I've eaten it all without leaving even a crumb and then the welcome and kindness. I hadn't booked and I was welcomed. Beautiful atmosphere, thank you very much for making me feel at home 🤗

I came back after 4 years. Always the same. Long waits, ordered fruit forgotten, after almost 20 minutes I had to ask to bring us the ordered beers. Goodbye

Pizzeria consigliata a chi ama la pizza sottile e le farine speciali, compreso gluten-free. Materie prime di ottima scelta e pizza molto buona. Posto e servizio senza senza pretese.

Sono stata presso La Pagghiara per una pizza con una coppia di amici e il loro bambino. Esperienza assolutamente da ripetere. Con le mie intolleranze spesso non trovo pizzerie adeguate che preparino impasti senza lievito o che abbiano impasti per pizza particolari, multicereali o senza glutine… devo dire che nessuno rimane a bocca asciutta! Personale gentile e affabile, sicuramente ci ritorneremo. 😊

Ci siamo entrati per mangiare velocemente una pizza, quindi senza grosse pretese, ma prima il fritto e poi le pizze sono state un ottima scoperta, anche perché ho ritrovato la pizza sottile, che sembra ormai in disuso, e di buona qualità.

05/11/2023: Posizione molto favorevole con una bella visuale della basilica, proprietario accogliente e disponibile, caffè ottimo e pasticciotto eccezionale.
20/10/2023: We were very happy here. The lunch of chickpea puree with walnuts was particularly great, and our "little one" was more than happy about the special fried potatoes, oh yes and the rose was terrific

12/09/2023: perfect place for a quick lunch on the way back from the sea, I tried a rustico and a fish puccia and was pleasantly impressed: the rustico was well stuffed with an excellent dough, the puccia filled with swordfish tartare, burrata and cherry tomatoes yellow, super balanced and fresh. honestly I would have been satisfied even just with the rustic one because it was really fat
