I highly recommend the cooking lab for authentic Italian homemade dishes! Everything prepared and made with soul and love is better than all restaurant offerings!! Federico and Eleanor are the most friendly and sincere!! 🙏🙏💙💛

I requested catering for a party, really excellent crescents, brought to the party location right on time. Prices perhaps slightly high but in line with the quality.

04/05/2024: We entered by chance and enjoyed excellent food in a truly pleasant environment. The porchetta is excellent The service was a little slow.
20/04/2024: At dinner with friends I ate really well, the quality of the raw materials is really high, the carbonara was good, the picanha was excellent, if I have to find a flaw, perhaps the portions were a little small. The staff is very friendly. I will definitely be back to try something else, the pizza for example looked really nice. Advised.

06/04/2024: Sunday lunch with the family, really well prepared and really good dishes, not abundant portions. Nice atmosphere, polite service, prices rather high but probably adequate for the quality.
24/03/2024: Having seen it on Google, it seemed like a nice place, and I said to myself, I'm going to Bologna, if there's time left, I'll go to the trattoria da Gilberto, now I say to you, go to the trattoria da Gilberto and if there's time left, go to Bologna. Had a great meal surrounded by friendly and professional waiters........
