17/03/2024: Classic Neapolitan pizza a sponge

13/01/2024: I first came to this place after reading positive reviews and seeing appetite-inspiring photos on Google maps. When I arrived at the restaurant I was greeted by the staff to whom I indicated the pizzas I would like to order. While waiting I sat at the table and looking around the place was nice but unfortunately as I looked around time passed but the pizzas never arrived. I waited more than an hour and a half for three takeaway pizzas. I believe there is a disorganization at an organizational level as a performance must be effective and efficient. I learned from the staff that the pizzeria does not take appointments for takeaway orders but as a customer I consider this a negative aspect. I hope that over time there can be a consideration of this negative aspect to improve it and make it a positive aspect. I am writing this review so that it can be a constructive criticism. New customers like me come willingly the first time, we arrive with all the good intentions in the world but if we are then disappointed you no longer see us and our money
