Local in the Grossetante hills, in the quiet and picturesque village of Magliano in Toscana.
We went here after a visit to the Abbey of San Bruzio, although they were close to closing time we were welcomed with great warmth.
The food was really good (I recommend the first courses) although overall a little too expensive.

Clean place and friendly, knowledgeable staff. The meat, the fillet with truffles and, in general, dishes with wild boar are excellent. Slightly high price, but quality guarantee. Experience to perpetuate.

Ci siamo fermati per caso in questo paese che neanche conoscevamo tornando verso casa. Ve lo consigliamo per il cibo ottimo,ottimi i tortelli al ragù, ma anche il baccalà e i dolci. Luogo pulitissimo e il titolare molto cortese.
Torneremo senz'altro.

Ravioli stuffed with ricotta with mushroom cream very good, home made, wonderful.
The sliced beef at €100/kg seemed a little too expensive to us.
Beans with mushrooms and onion, €5 for a small dish with the bottom barely covered......
And the dessert, a flat base of dry meringue with spray cream on top and 4 black cherries, called "pavlova" but only on the menu, because on the plate anything but pavlova.
The wine is very good. Friendly service and nice place.

Un pranzo improvvisato, ma decisamente azzeccato! Il locale è ben curato e molto bello, il cameriere e il sommelier sono bravissimi e gentilissimi, il cibo è ottimo, vastissima scelta di bottiglie di vino, prezzi giusti.

what a wonderful surprise to find such a jewel of a restaurant in a town of 400 inhabitants. the most unique tagliere! a plate of wonderful local salamis. an amazing tartar of deer w truffles and a delicious plate of sliced beef, tagliata with a side of beans.
cheese that was handpicked by the owner from the Piedmont area capped off a wonderful lunch.
