In the kitchen his wife and son offer Tuscan cuisine from times gone by, not conforming to the traditional stereotype that now prevails everywhere. Cellar with some notable bottles, including vintage and valuable ones. Old-fashioned equipment, with beautiful tablecloth and atmosphere.

Atmosphere of times gone by, quiet, exclusive and friendly in a location of elegant and discreet beauty. Hospitality offered by a family of authentic Etrurian lords. A menu that from the glorious Etruscan and Roman past resurrects dishes prepared with the utmost care and culinary knowledge, with an eye also to aesthetic chromaticism (the appetizer is also delicious for the eyes). Unrelated to the hype of food and wine itineraries, here you can enjoy Tuscan culinary excellence, which I didn't give 5 just out of modesty, at an honest price. Absolute reference point.

Excellent dishes that follow ancient and uncommon recipes. Good service and peace reigns. I would happily go back, there are few places like this left.
