Per la Sagra della Castagna a Carpineto Romano abbiamo trovato una fortunata ospitalità dalla Sbirra, storica trattoria tramandata da madre (la Sbirra) in figli (Floriana e Luca). Lasagna castagne zucca e salsiccia da fine del mondo, arista con funghetti buonissima, zuppa di pane e fagioli...che ve lo dico a fa, cibo povero ma da leccarsi i baffi! E poi broccoletto, patate al forno...tutte cose semplici , ma farle buone un'arte. Con tante trattorie inventate, evviva la tradizione!

Abbiamo trovato questa trattoria per caso dopo un trekking in zona, ci siamo seduti affamati ma siamo andati via completamente sazi e soddisfatti. I piatti erano buonissimi, le materie prime si sentiva che erano fresche, anche il dolce era ottimo. Tutto questo ad un prezzo veramente onesto. Ci torneremo sicuramente quando saremo in zona.

Assolo mare

07/04/2024: I think that the fish shop where I bought fish until a few days ago will no longer see me as often as before, having discovered Assolo Mare in a little-frequented corner of Rome because many think it is on the outskirts and it doesn't deserve it, they are wrong. It's a shame, the photos can't go beyond the eye and reach the palate, fish well cooked and presented and served by the kind and friendly staff makes the difference.
29/03/2024: Cozy place, incredibly good food! The friendly and professional staff, Mauro a kind person! Overall, I recommend it and will go back again. But today the compliments go to the splendid Susy, a person with a big heart and boundless kindness! Thank you for having this impeccable lunch! And thanks to all of you on the staff!
