Very clean room, very friendly staff, I highly recommend it. My 2 night stay was very pleasant.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days. We can say that we were very satisfied!!! The rooms were nice and very clean. As for breakfast, a very varied buffet accompanied by the kindness of Mrs. Mina, an exceptional person. We will happily return

All of the staff from the reception to housekeeping were very polite and friendly. Valentina, Angelo and the team in the restaurant were very welcoming and made breakfast each morning a pleasure. Good hotel with great breakfast for a city trip to Rome. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Rome from July 22, 2023 to July 25, 2023. There were enough parking spaces at the hotel. The family room was big enough. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well and could be adjusted perfectly. The breakfast was really great, a huge selection and very good quality. Muratella train station can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. In about 30 minutes you can reach Rome Termini (main train station). You have to change once in Ostiense. In contrast to Germany, the trains were under video surveillance and so were all stations, even the small Muratella station. This creates a feeling of security. The negative thing was that the rooms were very noisy and we couldn't use the pool because it was being renovated. However, we were able to use the pool at the neighboring hotel. The price/performance ratio is right here.

Clean hotel and professional and helpful staff. The only negative note was that there was no charging socket next to the bed.

I have traveled with my family and the treatment of the staff has been excellent. Antonella at reception helped us a lot. We are so happy that in April we travel again!!

Located a few minutes walk from the MURATELLA train station, it has the guarantee of the standard that makes IHG my favorite accommodation anywhere in the world. The location seems excellent to me since for that price it would be impossible to find a place this comfortable in the center of Rome. And to go to the center, you just have to take the train in MURATELLA heading to Termini, Ostiense, etc. and you will pay only ONE EURO per trip.
