La Sosta dei Templari In Passignano sul trasimeno

31/07/2023: Pausa rigenerante in questo bel locale posizionato prima della porta di ingresso della cinta murario di Spoleto. I tavoli all’esterno offrono un bello scorcio ed il refrigerio necessario nel caldo luglio. Il personale è gentile ed alla mano ed il menu ha proposte classiche ed anche qualche proposta più particolare, come le mozzarelle e burrate fresche. Essendo molto caldo, abbiamo optato per la “zizzona” di battipaglia, una mozzarella da 1/2 kg accompagnata verdure di produzione locale. La scelta si è rilevata giusta, tutto è risultato davvero buono. Prezzi non proprio modici ma nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti.

25/07/2023: We struggled to find a restaurant in Spoleto with spare tables and were relieved to find a table at Al 3.0 Bistrot where we were welcomed in by the very friendly owner. She was quite a character; vivacious and loud. Service was erratic despite there being only one other party in the restaurant who were certainly enjoying themselves, but they certainly created an atmosphere of joviality. The food was solidly good and we enjoyed our mushroom bruschetta starter and our pasta and chicken burger main courses. Prices were fair. If you want a relaxed and buzzy restaurant this is certainly the place to go.
