One of the BEST gelato places in Florence. Not much of a crowd when we went, the staff was friendly and didn't rush us through the ordering process. The pistachio gelato was amazing. Good portion of gelato. No seating inside except for maybe 2 chairs.

The best gelato! You can try 2 flavors in a mini size for 3 euros and they are very delicious! I recommend the stracciatella and cheesecake :)

Incredibly good texture and flavor, not overly sweet. Love the ricotta and I'm still thinking about their pistachio.

Definitely the BEST gelato in Florence. Unique flavours from dark chocolate and chilly to lavender gelato! Lovey service and atmosphere guaranteed

Just great gelato I'm surprised it wasn't crowded when we visited (it is well hidden out of sight and doesnt look like a gelato store from outside) We tried many flavors and small portion has great price and size to test multiple flavors. Azteca was so good Chocolate tasty Strawbert is so fresh Kids love cream and lavander Definitely a florance highlight for us

Great gelato!! The employee was extremely kind, and the price was great, 2 scoops for 3 euros and you can pick multiple flavors. Highly recommend the stracciatella and cheesecake!!

Was very good ice cream. The service was unfortunately a but slow as there was only one person serving and the queue was getting longer. But certainly delicious!

Daily dose of gelato while in Italy. Highly recommend this gelato. Maybe second best since we have been in Italy. Eight more days and three more towns to try out.

02/11/2023: We had an amazing time here! The girls at reception were great and helped us with anything we needed. We dined at the restaurant three nights in a row and every meal was just so delicious. Also the staff here was so kind and attentive. We loved everything and hope to come back!
17/10/2023: I could live here! What a wonderful place and the staff make it the ultimate place to stay. The room was fresh and clean. The pool was amazing and some of the best food you will find anywhere. Only picking point was the music playing during dinner. There was a DJ that didn't play the most appropriate dinner music in a place like this. While a fan of Pick Floyd, Comfortably Numb and other classic rock songs would not have been my pick. With gratitude to the staff: Elana, Claudia, Marko & Karim and the new young women (I didn't get her name). Thank you so much!

28/03/2024: Really friendly staff, helpful and attentive to detail. They take care of the customer by offering small tastings during the meal. Really nice place and family atmosphere. Excellent cuisine!! Highly recommended!!
22/03/2024: A trattoria where preparing and serving food is a serious matter. Delicious dishes, cooked with skill and love, under the expert eyes of the owners. A little out of the way from the centre, but easy to reach, even by train (get off at Rifreddi...). To try. - Update March 2024 - Having dinner with his wife and daughter, very happy to return to a place where I had had a great time, about a year ago. Unfortunately tonight's experience was not as positive as the previous one. Food not up to expectations, less care, less attention. Patience... they say there's no two without three: I'll try again.
