I had lunch at the wolf's den on Tuesday, without having read any reviews and with the doubt of not finding any place open. Lunch was excellent, various local specialities, everything very tasty and generous portions. They also offered us a bruschetta while waiting for the first courses. The prices are a little above average (first courses €12/14, pizzas €8/10) but the quality and quantity are impeccable. Very satisfied, I will gladly return to the wolf's den if I return to fish for them. Among the first courses I recommend the wolf's guitar, a typical Abruzzo pasta with lamb ragù

We found this pizzeria restaurant by chance and had a great time. Welcoming and very kind staff, delicious food. Generous portions. They offered us a bruschetta with cherry tomatoes while we waited (which wasn't long). I recommend the caratelli with the orapi.

Very good atmosphere and very friendly staff, but we found the pizzas not up to par for Italy. The dough is quite tough and places are a little too charred.

I went there just before lunch, and the atmosphere was very antique and the server was very cheerful and nice. The food was very delicious~ And the aperitif bread was delicious, but it tastes even better if you order it with meat!!!

Devo dire che tra i vari locali provati su Pescasseroli questo si è rivelato una bella sorpresa. Locale piccolino ma accogliente, il livello della cucina è molto buono, la polenta e lo stracotto spettacolari. Le portate sono abbondanti, e il servizio cortese è sempre disponibile. Si è verificato solo un imprevisto con una delle portate, parliamo di cose che nella ristorazione possono accadere pertanto con un po’ di tolleranza la cena procede senza complicazioni. I dolci sono l’unica pecca riscontrata. I prezzi forse leggermente alti rispetto alla media dei locali in zona. Consiglio di provarlo

Abbiamo visto la partita su un bel maxi schermo..... serata piacevole e pietanze nella media. Abbiamo mangiato un antipasto, la carne buona rovinata a nostro avviso dalla cottura.... dei primi di cui gli gnocchetti fatti in casa che però erano troppo duri....

20/03/2024: We found ourselves in this place at a banquet for celebrations and were able to appreciate exquisite cuisine and impeccable service. Especially from Mr. Luca, attentive and helpful. Clean place, delicious wines, well-kept exterior. Excellent experience

30/01/2024: Siamo nuovamente stati io e mia moglie in questo bel locale poco distante da l'aquila, che dire che si mangia bene già lo si sapeva, ma questa volta siamo rimasti sbalorditi dalla pizza alla pala fantastica! Una pala per due con un impasto leggerissimo e super condita con ben tre gusti a scelta tutti ingredienti di qualità. Un plauso allo chef e alla gentile Sig.a di sala. Bravi!
10/12/2023: We have just spent a weekend with friends (8) in Abruzzo and stayed here in 4 double rooms, all large and welcoming. The location is excellent for visiting the hinterland and close to the ski slopes. The breakfast, included in the price, is truly rich and varied, with a wide choice of fruit, sweet and savory. In particular, during breakfast we were able to taste various flavors of panettone produced by them and other homemade desserts. Eugenio won us over with his passion for his work and his territory. Super recommended.
