Delicious food, music and perfect atmosphere!

The food was delicious but the service left a lot to be desired: 1. They didn't ask us the cooking point of the Florentine steak. We also asked for clarification on the weight because the menu simply indicated the price of €60 but they did not clarify that the price was per kilo. They should specify it better. 2. They did not offer us the same desserts that they offered a few minutes later to another table 3. Having a bill of more than 130 euros between us, we would have expected them to invite us to at least a bitter Nothing to say about the quality and goodness of the dishes, but for what we paid we would have expected better attention. To be fair, I thank the owner of the restaurant for the response and I reiterate that I have absolutely nothing to complain about what we ate, it was all delicious, including the Florentine steak which was delicious as it was. I want to underline that my comment was absolutely not about the quality of the food, nor the price. I was simply expecting a little more attention,

Top of the crop restaurant in Pontassieve. This is a real precious pearl. At home service yet professional, great choice of wines, quantity, quality, selected ingredients, tales to tell and incredible moments shared with friends. Unbeatable. For example, this pic was the opening tagliere with only hams selected from the Firenze area!

A winemaker friend recommended this restaurant to us and we loved it! A family restaurant, very good dishes with very good value for money. An authentic restaurant that perfected our honeymoon in Tuscany. Thank you and see you soon :)

I was in Pontassieve for more than a month and after a lot of work, we treated ourselves to a nice lunch here at Ugo's den! 🥰🥰🥰 Guys, what a cute place!!! The woman who served us was amazing!! Kind and nice! We ate very well! The devilled rooster was truly "devilish" 🤣 🤣 🤣. I have little tolerance for spicy food.. But as soon as it cooled down a little it was delicious!!. Everything fantastic! Congratulations to you all! We will be back, I highly recommend it! ❤

E chi se lo aspettava! Abbiamo alloggiato a qualche chilometro da questo ristorante. Per cena, non volendo guidare per troppo tempo, abbiamo deciso di prenotare qui. Appena entrati il locale si presenta molto caldo e alla buona ma si sente aria di casa. Non ci sono molti posti a sedere e il servizio è abbastanza lungo. Il cibo è ottimo! Complimenti, abbiamo trascorso una piacevole serata
