We stopped after skiing for a few glasses of wine and some sandwiches... it's a shame they didn't let us sit because the seats were reserved... but they remained empty for the rest of the time we were there!

Absolutely best way to end the day. Got there at 2pm just as they were about to close the outside area, but made us feel welcome and said no worries. The pizza was fantastic my wife had the polenta (a local specialty, and not too heavey) which was delicious . Heaps better than anything else we have tried at Pila ski slopes.

Fabulous place with lots of choices to enjoy sitting inside or outside. The staff is always ready, attentive and friendly. We had a wonderful meal and returned for the rest of the holiday.

La location di Pila è molto suggestiva, il locale da fuori non ispira molto. Una volta entrati vi ritroverete in un bolgia stile "Dal Tramonto all'Alba", tuttavia la saletta di fianco è più tranquilla. Servizio non eccezionale. Tutto ciò però è compensato da un ottimo menù e ottimo vino. Le lumache alla parigina e i loro taglieri sono fantastici. I primi e i secondi a base di cervo idem. (I primi tuttavia erano freddi). Polenta strepitosa e stinco ottimo. Porzioni generose e conto giusto per posto e offerta.

Posto caldo ed accogliente, direttamente sulle piste. La veranda è meravigliosa, luminosa e curata. Le pizze croccanti e gustose. In ogni morso si sentono tutti i sapori e la passione del pizzaiolo. Un bel posto con prezzi nella norma.

07/02/2024: Discovered by chance, it turned out to be a family-run restaurant with informal but friendly service and all the dishes from the rich Aosta Valley culinary tradition, excellently prepared
22/01/2024: Ottimo cibo con cucina tipica valdostana, personale gentile. Situato proprio sotto al castello di Verres Assolutamente consigliato! Purtroppo non sono ammessi i cani , anche se di piccola taglia .

17/02/2024: we arrived late, we didn't have time to book a restaurant and we stopped here to get a slice of pizza, and we weren't disappointed! very good pizza and very friendly service, excellent value for money (for being in the mountains). highly recommended for a quick bite!
