La Vigna di Alberto In Barano d'ischia

Our family had my son’s rehearsal dinner at this restaurant. They pulled out all the stops! We must have had eight different courses of appetizers and each one was marvelous. All the vegetables were incredibly fresh and the pastas were each so flavorful and different. The mains were great too. The owners worked very hard to make this a memorable evening!

A world of enchantment awaits you at La Vigna di Alberto. This was the most exceptional restaurant experience of my life! I was mesmerized entering this lush oasis of grapevine hanging from the outdoor roof and trees intertwining with the restaurant setting. Warm soft lighting from diverse beautiful lamps and low volume jazzy tunes - it all added to an atmosphere of serenity. You felt instantly at ease in a fairytale-like world and really sense the care & love the owner, Francesco, has put into this wonder. Once seated you were served their own fabulous wine. Then exquisite culinary creations kept appearing by a very kind, caring and attentive staff. The owner, Francesco, is a unique and interesting character and you’d be lucky if you get a chance to chat with him as he roams among the tables keeping a gentle eye on it all moving effortlessly. This gem of a place has an exclusive yet rustique and entirely unpretentious feel to it. I was spellbound with amazement the entire evening and had a hard time leaving at the end.
