We only stopped for a couple of quick spritzes before the ferry but the place seemed very genuine to me. They didn't take anything to eat but they brought us a generous portion of their own taralli which accompanied our aperitif. Very nice place.

Portati dal caso, abbiamo scoperto un piccolo ristorante accogliente e particolare. Pranzo davvero piacevole, per la cura e qualità del cibo e per l'attenzione nel servizio. Il proprietario ci ha guidati attraverso le ricette della tradizione con garbo e simpatia.

A characteristic place in the heart of Venice Livorno. The owner, very welcoming, recommended traditional Livorno dishes, some with twists; both the starter and the first courses were excellent, prepared with attention to the raw materials and presented well. The cacciucco and paranza are also very good. I highly recommend the dessert: cake with exquisite freshly prepared cream. We felt pampered, even the price was adequate for what we ordered. Advised!

Elbadoc Bar Ristorante

07/09/2023: Un camping essenziale, senza fronzoli, adatto come base per visitare l'isola. Noi abbiamo preso un bungalow e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Pulito, tenuto bene e dotato di tutto il necessario. Da sistemare alcune stradine e salite che con la macchina diventano difficoltose. Una menzione speciale al bar ristorante gestito da Gabriele con l'aiuto di Giuseppe e Jessica. Cibo ottimo, preparato con amore e passione. Proposta di piatti settimanali molto varia e serate a tema culinario davvero ben riuscite. La cucina è davvero il valore aggiunto di questo camping.
05/09/2023: Schöne Stellplätze mit Hecken unterteilt. Nette kleine Bar, in der auch gekocht wird. Minimarkt bietet nur das allernötigste, nichts frisches. Sanitäranlagen in die Jahre gekommen, aber durchaus sauber. Die erwartete Ruhe hatten wir leider nicht. Die vielen Dauercamper machten Lärm bis tief in die Nacht.
