Panificio fuori dalla norma in senso positivo. Lavorano con il lievito madre tutti gli impasti di pane e vari panini o rosticceria.

I had very high expectations. I often got supplies from you and it was precisely because of my degree that it was a disaster. My mother is allergic to strawberries (I said so) and you gave me strawberries. The parchment looks like a bone placed in the center of a cake. It really looked like it was made with feet. It was better to leave it there than pay for it. Other cakes were much better. What a disappointment

For some time I had promised myself to take a walk and get to know this pastry shop; yesterday I also had the fortune/pleasure of meeting the owners as well as the now famous and brilliant "tik tok" pastry chef I have always believed that work accompanied by passion, sacrifice and perseverance can make anything you try your hand at become "excellence" and to do this you need to be in love with the work you do and what you create. Yesterday the owners were very kind, letting me taste their latest creations "graciously". It was not difficult for me to perceive the desire for research and innovation of these brilliant artisans. I believe the skill of a pastry chef is to know the flavors of his creations and to play with combinations and although I am not an expert I still perceived a great knowledge of the quality of the products used by these artisans. What also made my impression was the "kindness of the staff" and I believe that this is also very well taken care of by the owners. Not wanting to go on too long, I feel the pleasure/duty of congratulating all the staff, this pastry shop and the organization it has been able to create. We should feel proud of these realities. Well done!

Ho provato per la prima volta questa pasticceria attirato dai video visti in rete e devo dire che confermo la qualità dei prodotti. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi nonostante fossero chiusi mi hanno accolto e servito con molta gentilezza e i prodotti sono veramente il top, l impasto della rama di Napoli morbidissimo e il ripieno finalmente con dei sapori autentici che si distinguono ognuno per tipo. Davvero complimenti sicuramente torneremo anche per altri prodotti!
