Locale ben arredato situato in una piazzetta, menù con poca scelta e non troppo elaborato. Buono il servizio e buona la carta dei vini. Conto equilibrato. Non adatto a gruppi numerosi.

La Frasca è ormai un appuntamento fisso in quel di Desenzano. Provato (per intuito) il locale qualche anno fa, ci torno sempre volentieri quando posso fermarmi in loco. In primo luogo un sincero complimento ai ragazzi che lo gestiscono, professionali ma non supponenti, attenti e garbati, pronti a dare utili consigli. L’ultimo dei passaggi ci ha visto degustare una fantastica tartare di carne salada (10 e lode!!) condita con spezie e accompagnata da insalatina, un fantastico risotto alla pilota col puntèl (10 e lode e premio giuria), ottimi bigoli alle sarde, dolce ultra ammiccante ed un buonissimo riesling (provenienza i vigneti di Picedo). Insomma un pranzo gradevolissimo. Prezzi del tutto adeguati al servito. Alla prossima!

07/09/2023: Ohne Reservierung erhielten wir einen Tisch mit Seeblick. Der Service war so freundlich, dass wir 10 Minuten vor Restaurantöffnung schon unseren Tisch einnehmen durften. Zunächst bestellten wir eine Flasche Rose vom Weingut Fati. Dann folgte Melone mit Schinken. Hier schmecken die Melonen sowieso super und dann erst der vorzügliche Schinken. Das war ein Traumstart. Die Pasta Tortellino und Penne in Pfeffersteinpilzsoße mit Pistazien war ein Hochgenuß. Alles war sehr gut abgeschmeckt. Das Tiramusu rundete das Dinner perfekt ab. Der Blick auf den See und Küstenabschnitt bei einbrechender Dunkelheit war durch die offenen Fenster wir Live-TV. Eben nur viel schöner. Danke für diesen letzten schönen Abend in Sirmone.
15/08/2023: Fantastic location – sitting on the covered terrace with lovely trees we could hear the lapping of the water on the lake and also see the castle wall. The food was good although some of us felt we’d made the wrong choices. Some of the starters, such as the beetroot salad, were delicious but the portions were very large. The dessert trolley, something rarely seen nowadays, was excellent. The service was efficient although the staff did seem to be rushed off their feet and the turnover of some tables around us was high.
