Enchanting place with a beautiful garden to spend a pleasant evening in a private and informally elegant environment.
A good selection of niche wines and not from the large-scale distribution circuits.
And.. the last but not the least: Rino bbq!
A different way of understanding the grill and meat with long cooking and smoking and with the use of studied spices and aromas.
The beef and pork ribs, the picanha and the cockerel are really good.
Are we looking forward to the next events that he says will be with asado? Diaphragm? pastrami? or something else?

Wonderful dinner!!!!
Excellent quality meat, original both in taste and in the type of smoking and marinade, the process of which was explained at the table in an exhaustive and professional way...
Furthermore, the staff appeared competent, kind and prepared.
The venue is perfect and well suited to all types of customers... including families with children because it has a beautiful garden.
Refined in detail but simple at the same time…
I thank all the staff and especially those who prepared the meat!!!

Very original and suggestive location. But the real show was the Tomawack steak and the picanha. If you love top-notch meat this is the right place for you! We also appreciated the chef's explanations of the cooking methods.

Enchanting and original atmosphere, courteous and professional service.
The Chef dedicates time at the table to "narrate" his dishes in which he puts passion and competence in the choice and preparation of the dishes he offers. New flavors thanks to the type of cooking and smoking which are the original and innovative feature of this restaurant. First choice meat and never banal dishes, everything done expressly even the side dishes. Spectacular cockerel and ribs. The wine list is complete and curated. Prices proportionate to the general quality. I will return and recommend it

Cucina ottima! Il barbecue dell'Aja è una certezza. La location è caratterizzata da un segret garden molto curato e spazioso. Tavoli ben distanziati, musica e luci d'atmosfera. Conto giusto visto la qualità e la quantità dei piatti mangiati. Ampia scelta di vini, quello che abbiamo preso era veramente top! Tornerò sicuramente a provare il resto del menù :D
