Small errors in every course. Nothing serious, perhaps excessive looseness. Good raw materials. Harmonies never too exact. Availability and kindness.

Locale molto carino situato appena fuori Candiolo in direzione None. Ha un parcheggio interno ed è’ situato in una zona con ampi spazi esterni dove poter comunque parcheggiare. Ristorante a conduzione famigliare piatti ben presentati e portate create con materie prime di ottima qualità. Carta dei vini piccolina ma ricercata con ottima scelta di etichette servibili al calice. Prezzo in linea con la qualità e con l’esperienza.

I have already been to this excellent restaurant 3 times and every time I always eat great. The dishes are excellent and with high quality ingredients, special mention for the ice cream they prepare on the spot. The wine list is excellent, even by the glass. Highly recommended, can't wait to return.

Ristorante scoperto per caso da una collega. Ambiente formale ma leggero con un menù che presenta piatti della tradizione piemontese quasi dimenticati, come la trippa o la finanziera. Servizio ottimo e cordiale. Prezzi commisurati al servizio, alla qualità dei piatti e alla scelta del menù.

30/03/2024: Excellent from all points of view, good quality/price ratio, honest wine list. Perhaps the €4 cover charge is excessive.
26/03/2024: From the reputation it has, I was a little disappointed. Fake classic environment, a little too lit with cold light. Friendly and professional staff. Interesting enough menu, but not all dishes are well made. Good raw fish, but the oyster didn't look good and the water inside was too much. Very good prawn tartare. Fresh seafood pasta... Nothing special. Cod and artichokes, good, fried artichokes and prawns, I remembered them all night. We didn't like the desserts, but you can't say they were terrible. In the end, excessive price for what was served.
