Sono andato ieri con un amico in un ristorante che conoscevo solo di nome, ma del quale tutti parlavano molto bene. Le aspettative erano alte e sono state tutte più che superate! L’ambiente è davvero elegante, si percepisce che ogni elemento è stato attentamente studiato e c’è una grande attenzione al particolare. Abbiamo scelto il menù fisso del territorio chiamato ‘Memoria’. È stata una scalata di gusto a partire dall’amuse-bouche offerta all’inizio del pasto dallo chef. Ogni portata è stata una scoperta in direzione di un crescendo di gusto! Esempio: Non amiamo il piccione in genere, ma posso solo dire che abbiamo divorato il piatto di piccione!👍🏻☺️ Consiglio i menù fissi, sono assolutamente ben bilanciati e fanno scoprire il percorso studiato dallo chef! Tutto è fatto in casa, dalla pasta al pane! Il calore e l’ottimo servizio sempre molto attento fanno sentire gli ospiti a casa. Un plauso all’idea bellissima del cassetto presente nel tavolino, che contiene posate (rivisitazione in chiave moderna dei classici tavolini toscani contadini). Tornerò senza dubbio! We went to this gem of a restaurant with my partner on the evening of November 4th. Due to the bad weather, we were the only two people and this made the atmosphere even more magical for us. When booking, we chose the "memory" tasting menu, consisting of 7 courses. With each course we were more amazed by the goodness and refinement of the raw materials and the combinations of flavours. The love for good food and good drink is tangible, transformed into a real sensorial journey through the flavors and smells of Tuscany. From the friendliness and welcome in the dining room, which makes you feel at ease and at home from the first moment, to the study and workmanship in the kitchen, everything is truly perfect. We will undoubtedly return in good weather to enjoy the external panoramic view and the new menu. Thank you!
