L'Ammurrata In Tropea

Excellent restaurant, located a stone's throw from one of the best beaches in Tropea and with a fantastic view. The dishes are always prepared with fresh ingredients and with care, and the prices are more than justified given the location and the quality (which are normal). The waiting times are those of any restaurant, not eternal but you have to have a moment of patience if you want dishes prepared on the spot, but they are more than forgiven with the result. We went back twice and they surprised us every time. Highly recommended, and ignore the reviews from tourists who wouldn't recognize fresh fish if it jumped onto their plate.

Beautiful place on the sea. Amazing view of the most famous beach in Tropea. Normal prices despite the location. Friendly staff.

A fantastic little restaurant by the sea on Tropea beach. 4 of us had lunch and we were all satisfied. The quality of the food was fantastic, definitely the place we ate best in our 3-day stay. Commendable service and pleasant location. Deserving a special mention are the cappellacci stuffed with salmon with saffron cream, the dish of the day recommended by the chef. Prices absolutely below the average for the area. I recommend it in the most absolute way.

I have been in Tropea for 3 days and this was the best restaurant of all, there were 4 of us and we had: the first of the day Cappellacci stuffed with salmon with saffron cream, the octopus salad, the mussels peppered (spicy with right point), half packets with swordfish, cherry aubergines and smoked scamorza and half sleeves with prawns and razor clams. Follow the waiters' advice!! It was all so good and appetizing that we forgot to take photos xD

Abbiamo mangiato benissimo ottimo il cibo e prezzi proporzionati alla qualità , personale gentile e sempre a disposizione

Siamo stati anche ad agosto 2022 in questo ristorante sulla spiaggia di Tropea. Il Panorama si conferma strepitoso. Il personale è gentile ed efficiente.però rispetto allo scorso anno registriamo un leggero peggioramento nei piatti. Hanno cambiato il cuoco? L’insalata di polpo menò buona rispetto al 2022, così come gli spaghetti alle vongole non più memorabili. Sicuramente il panorama, vero cibo per gli occhi e l’anima, compensa questo piccolo neo. Comunque Da provare.

Très bon restaurant avec un emplacement parfait. Nourriture raffinée pour un restaurant de plage. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

This is certainly the most scenic restaurant in Tropea if you want to combine the panoramic atmosphere with the delicious food that the restaurant offers. The service is impeccable, ready to satisfy requests even outside the menu! We opted for an octopus salad as a starter and 2 mixed grilled fish (which was the dish de day). Especially the grills were cooked in sublime way… congratulations!

Kindness, friendliness and courtesy of the staff! Having lunch with a good, well-cooked fish dish with a sea view is priceless, but in this restaurant price and quality go hand in hand. Good job, everyone.
