Superlative food, service and ambience

The place is very nice, well structured, welcoming, perhaps the lights shine a little too brightly. The pumpkin soup is very good, the amatriciana is too heavy. I would put raw ham on the "delicious" focaccia after having taken it out of the oven because during cooking the ham becomes stringy.

Avevo conosciuto i proprietari a Milano in occasione di Golosaria ... Era un anno che attendevo questo momento e le aspettative sono state soddisfatte. Atmosfera familiare in un salone circondato da disparate bottiglie, i dettagli fanno la differenza. Le pietanze sono saporite e stuzzicanti ed è uno di quei luoghi dal quale si fatica ad alzarsi perché si sta bene ... Padre e figlio, assieme all'auto di moglie e figlia, hanno incastonato una pietra preziosa a 30 minuti di auto dalla Capitale ... Per un po' di tempo si sta in pace con i sensi e con lo stomaco che ringrazia.
