A walk from Bologna to Florence to try a good lampredotto. There are many choices, but I wanted to try this place due to the many reviews. They are very kind and quick in preparing the lampredotto sandwich, really good, well seasoned and tasty. Obviously Florence is touristy and consequently depending on the days and the period you might find yourself in the position of lining up for your sandwich. The price, always taking into account that you are in Florence, is on average around 7 euros.

The best Lampredotto is definitely here. But not only that. The staff are also very friendly. Rarely seen such friendly employees. For €5 you can get Lampredotto in a roll with a slightly spicy sauce.

The tandoori style meat burger is very, very good. Eat it and encourage him to eat it. If you don't eat meat, take your friend who does.

Came here for the trippa alla florentina and it did not disappoint! Popularized online and also a top recommendation among various foodies and tour guides alike. Ordered with mild spice and it tasted phenomenal. As someone who normally eats tripe in pho it was deeply satisfying trying with Italian sauces between a bun. The owner of the stall is also extremely friendly and inviting. Ordered a side of arancini and washed it down with some white wine from his second stall across the laneway. Grazzi!

We ate bollito and we liked it very much. I can't say that it was a very clean place. Be careful, it was quite hot.

It's a popular restaurant, so I happened to have an empty chair and decided to try Lampredot! The staff's service was good and I felt comfortable using it! The taste was good, but it's sticky so be careful when eating it so it doesn't get on your clothes 😅

Maurizio who I think is the owner is very kind and great at service. Me and my friends recommend the Lampredotto because of how good it tastes and for only 5 euros is affordable in our opinion. The meat is nicely boiled but with the blend of their spice and green sauce it balances out. If you’re a picky eater then maybe not but that’s a u problem.

まず、屋台にたどり着くまでの楽しみ。細いフィレンツェの路地をたどっていくと小さな広場、そしてそこにひっきりなしにローカル の人が立ち寄る背の高い屋台があります。 外見にためらってはいけません。本当に、本当においしいランプレドットです。 ランプレドットとは牛の4番目の胃袋をパセリやセロリでトロトロになるまで煮込んだもの。スペインでもポーランドでもトリッパ（牛の2番目の胃袋ハチノスをの煮込んだもの）を食べますが、ランプレドットを西洋でも食べるとは知りませんでした。 屋台に着いた時に、おじさんがモレッティの小瓶を飲みつつ待っていたので、それに習って、私もまずはビール。 パニーニにたっぷり煮汁を含ませてから大きめに刻んだランプレドットを挟み、こぼれるの前提でビニールに入れてくれます。 薄い色から思いもつかない深みのあるおいしさ。 隣でスツールに座ったお兄さんはバゲットを別添えにした（牛皿風の）スタイルでサルサベルデのトッピングにカスタマイズして注文していました。 確かに私のように朝食抜きでこれに合わせていかない場合、パニーニではお腹いっぱいになりすぎるかも。だからそんな通な楽しみ方もアリですね。 今度行ったら、牛皿スタイルで、ランプレドットだけでなくトリッパも食べてみたい！というか、タッパーをもっていって、キロで買いたい（料金表にありました）。 そのくらいのおいしさです。

想不到義大利人敢吃內臟！Panini是義 大利的圓硬麵包，可以說是圓形的法國麵包，con就是英文的with，「Panini con Lampredotto」指的是牛肚包，而「Panini con Bollito」指的是牛肉包，牛肚包主要是用牛的內臟去燉煮，這也是到佛羅倫斯很多人推薦的口味，若不敢吃內臟的朋友則可以選擇牛肉包，這家牛肚包很多台灣觀光客買，我是覺得很好吃。

29/03/2024: Just look at the photos, and you understand the aesthetic and emotional grandeur you feel when looking out from Piazzale Michelangelo. I won't add anything else.
23/03/2024: For a chill & relaxful atmosphere with a breathtaking view of Florence city. La Loggia is the best place to be, and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding, the best meal i ever had in Italy. Service was delightful and very professional. Staffs are friendly and the prizing it's 💯 worth it.

04/04/2024: The service and the premises are sufficient, the pizza is good, the only downside is the obligation to order one pizza per person even in the presence of a 12 year old child. I don't understand the need for it.
