L'Apulia In Roma

Apulian restaurant in the San Lorenzo area, really nice. We went for their AYCE panzerotti formula, but they also have other dishes and in reality, perhaps it is worth trying a bit of everything. Obviously it's a personal opinion, given that it was impossible to eat more than 3 panzerotti and with the addition of drinks the price became almost that of a dinner. The panzerotti were really good though! I will definitely be back to try something else! The staff was very kind, pleasant and attentive.

Panzerotti no limits. This alone should be enough to gain attention... Joking aside, the panzerotti are delicious (even in "a la carte" mode), of many different types (both the one with octopus and the classic one with mozzarella and basil sauce are spectacular) and made with fresh and tasty products. The place is large, cheerful and bright and they too are kind and helpful (the anecdote about the UNDICI PANZEROTTI record is incredible). We will have to go back to try the rest of the menu... Two recommendations: the no limits evening is only MON-THU, and above all when you want to go book in advance, as there is always a lot of people (and you understand why)

Nice atmosphere, we arrived and they immediately made us sit down. After about ten minutes and countless attempts to get her attention, the waitress approaches and informs us that the kitchen is still closed and that we have to wait a few more minutes. We take the AYCE and I must say that I wasn't happy with the octopus one but all the others were very good (especially the ones with strong ricotta and the one with broccoli), so much so that we did an encore. Clean bathrooms, but the feeling of clean was everywhere. Advised

Ristorante pugliese a San Lorenzo. Ottimi i panzerotti (soprattutto quelli con le rape e con la mortadella), molto buoni il tris di polpo, i ciceri e tria con baccalà e la carbonara di mare (che ha però un po' troppo pepe). Mediocre il pasticciotto, ottima la birra Raffo. Servizio veloce e cordiale. Prezzi nella media elevata romana.

A beautiful trattoria that recalls a lot of Puglia in itself. Starting from the warm staff to the amazing food! We tasted the carbonara revisited with octopus, a packed classic panzerotto and the breathtaking house platter. For those like me who want to feel at home, this is the right place! Excellent Apulian restaurant, delicious pucce and friendly staff. We had a fish carbonara, which we recommend and pucce with octopus, burrata and broccoli which was superb! We will be back

Last night my partner and I had dinner at this restaurant with typical Apulian products. In the restaurant there are some nice pictures with Apulian sayings and it is very well looked after. The service is fast and the wait staff is friendly. We ate an octopus amatriciana (my company said it was very good) and I had orecchiette with turnip tops and burrata, abundant and good. Two panzerotti (one with mortadella, mozzarella, pistachios and one with mozzarella and ragù) both excellent. For dessert we had a pugliamisu which I recommend. The place is located in the S. Lorenzo district.

Eating Apulian food in Rome is possible!!! I discovered this place by chance and today we came for the first time for lunch!!!! What can I say, you eat DIVINELY!!!! Let's start with the warm welcome from all the staff, a super comfortable environment with paintings and accessories that transport you a little to Puglia!! We ordered an Apulia platter with different tastings of cheeses, cured meats, panzerottino, burrata, stracciata and more that I can't remember now! The first for our daughter was Orecchiette in sauce with stracciatella (she devoured it), my husband and I split a puccia and a panzerotto!!! Obviously to conclude we couldn't miss the pasticciotto with HOT cream 😍 Congratulations to all of you from the bottom of my heart for the excellent work, keep it up. See you soon

Avevo già provato molteplici volte questo ristorante per la cucina ottima pugliese e i prezzi più che onesti. Devo ammettere che anche la formula PANZEROTTATA ALL YOU CAN EAT non è niente male: con 15€ (bevande escluse) puoi ordinare tutti i panzerottti che vuoi, scegliendo fra i 7 propositi nel menu! Panzerotti abnormi, FRITTI, e con ripieno abbondante e di ottima qualità! Sono impazzito per il panzerotto con il polpo, quello con pomodoro, mozzarella, ricotta salata e basilico e anche per quello con le cime di rapa (squisito). Molto buoni anche i panzerotti con mozzarella, mortadella e pistacchio e quelli con le acciughe! Posticino molto carino, accogliente! Personale gentile e sorridente. Servizio un po’ lento.. o meglio: la prima ondata di panzerotti è stata servita davvero un po’ troppo tardi (ci siamo accomodati alle 21:10 e i panzerotti sono arrivati tipo un’ora dopo). Ma le successive ordinazioni devo ammettere che sono state servite in modo decisamente più veloce! CONSIGLIATO.
