Pizzeria Arcobaleno, Italia In Giardini-naxos

2 doors down from the dire La Sirenetta. After a naff experience at the above I decided to go for broke and have the spaghetti with cuttlefish sauce. A simple enough dish although appallingly messy to make. It is usually bland with very little cuttlefish and less ink. This was the proper stuff however. A pile of delicious black goo, incredibly rich with just enough chilli to cut it gently. A real pleasure. The only drawback is that eating this stuff risks a ‘Marmite on my best tie’ scenario. Dress in something you can wash readily. I have had inferior versions in places 5 times as posh. Went back for the same dish 3 days later.

Siamo arrivati a mezzanotte e nonostante l’orario ci hanno fatto mangiare!! Abbiamo mangiato una pizza margherita e devo dire veramente buona !!!
