L'arte della crêpe In Torino

Posticino piccolo dietro il vecchio stadio comunale, solo 1 vetrina con pochi posti a sedere e tavoloni alti con sgabelli senza fronzoli o altro. Ti accoglie la gentilezza di due persone non piu giovanissime che si danno da fare in coppia con maestria davanti alle piastre delle crepes . Prodotti freschi e di prima scelta , tante possibili varianti a piacere, basta chiedere. Provate crepes con prosciutto crudo e stracchino, crudo edamer rucola e freschi pomodorini. Come dolce ci stava bene una " ubriaca" crema tocchetti di mele uvetta al rhum e grand marnier. Costi contenuti , con 20 euro 3 crepes 1 birra 1 acqua direi che il prezzo e' giusto. Da ritornarci.

Una tappa fissa per pranzi e cene semplici ma molto gustose, senza alcun dubbio la migliore creperie di Torino. Impasti preparati ogni mattina, offrono la vera crepes bretone con grano saraceno (quella vera, non le solite imitazioni!), niente uso dello strutto (solo olio!) e una ricca selezione di ingredienti freschi sia per per crepes salate sia per le crepes dolci. Che dire della gentilezza e della simpatia dei proprietari e cuochi? Sono semplicemente la ciliegina sulla …crêpes!

Excellent piadinas and crêpes! It's already the second time I've come to this place for a quick meal before going to some friends' match at the nearby sports field... I really think there won't be two without three! The offer is very wide, both savory and sweet, with the richness of the dough available being particularly appreciated: piadina, crêpes or Breton galettes. Furthermore, as I noted with a friend, all the piadinas (filling permitting, obviously) are potentially vegan, as the dough allows it. For now I have only tried the simplest ones, but I must say that I was satisfied with both the savory and the sweet ones: in my opinion the quality is superior to that of the famous chain's piadinas... and the prices too! You can stop and eat on site at the tables, but I would like to point out that there is no bathroom as this is a business that produces take-away food. Friendly and fairly quick staff, very kind especially the gentleman who brings the dishes to the tables! In essence: you eat well and spend little, definitely recommended?

The crepes are very good and the choice is varied, there are both savory and sweet crepes. The environment, on the other hand, makes me a little anxious as they look at you both from the kitchen and from outside. I don't like being watched while I eat, I would divide the kitchen space with the living room space + I would add tables for eating outside. The owners are very nice and kind, the waiter is a little too present. I think I helped :)
