Price-quality is there but we can do more

Nice place, with tables also outside on a closed veranda for smokers, just adjacent to the entrance. The prices are average, the quality, quantity and presentation of the dishes are more than valid. Fresh ingredients and well cooked. Not a very extensive menu, the offer could be enriched, especially with fish. It's worth paying them a visit, if with TheFork there is also the possibility of taking advantage of a 20% discount, which never hurts. A help in the dining room, instead of doing everything by the very kind owner, could certainly be useful both to the owner himself and to the waiter assistant and to the customers, avoiding excessive waits for some aspects of the service, something which has already been noticed and highlighted by other customers. Definitely recommended.

Locale grazioso, con tavolini anche all'esterno in una verandina chiusa a giorno per fumatori, appena adiacente all'ingresso. I prezzi sono nella media, qualità, quantità e presentazione dei piatti sono più che validi. Ingredienti freschi e ben cucinati. Menù non molto ampio, si potrebbe arricchire l'offerta soprattutto del pescato. Vale la pena fargli una visita, se poi anche con TheFork c'è la possibilità di usufruire di una scontistica dal 20%, che non guasta mai. Un aiuto in sala, anziché fare tutto il gentilissimo titolare, potrebbe essere sicuramente utile sia al titolare stesso sia al collaboratore cameriere sia alla Clientela, evitando eccessive attese per alcuni aspetti del servizio, cosa tra l'altro già notata ed evidenziata da altri Clienti. Sicuramente consigliato.

We were enchanted, with such attention to detail throughout... a vibrant energy. Perfect service, help in choosing the wine, the dishes... I invite everyone to get to know. My feeling: I was at home with friends. Choice of music, a setting for a beautiful evening.!

A nice and well-furnished restaurant, where the wood and the tones of yellow and black give a pleasant experience to customers, who as soon as they enter are quickly welcomed and advised by the owner. Clean and tidy place. Simple dishes, but well prepared and very pleasant. Furthermore, the variety of proposals satisfies more or less everyone, given that the menu includes both fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. Good value for money. Welcoming and professional service. I will definitely come back.

Siamo tornati al Caveau Bistrot a Dicembre dopo essere stati al nostro anniversario di matrimonio ad Settembre, la ragazza che serve ai tavoli si ricordava di noi ed anche il motivo…il che ci ha fatto veramente piacere. Abbiamo cenato nuovamente e come nel precedente abbiamo mangiato benissimo. La cortesia fa da padrone al locale ma anche il mangiare è veramente ottimo. Curato nei particolari. Appena torneremo ad Alba andremo sicuramente per un apericena. Consigliatissimo

Truly a great discovery! It was me and my girlfriend for dinner and we had a great time! Abundant, good food and very honest prices! We will definitely be back, even just for aperitifs since the platters are absurd and there is a lot of choice in the wines. Congratulations to the (new) owners
