Exquisitely courteous boy at the counter, absolutely exceptional products, fresh and good as you can't find anywhere else, clean and tidy place, friendly and comforting environment. Everything was ruined a bit by the clientele which I suppose, given their familiarity with the boy, is fixed. A gentleman of dubious origin and morality accompanied by a clearly suffering bull terrier managed to transform this delightful place into the worst tavern in Porta Palazzo, with his vulgar and ignorant ways and language. I give four stars to inform the owner, who was absent at the time, and I hope he gets rid of similar elements in order to elevate his shop to the excellence it deserves

I came in here to buy an artisanal Pandoro, and as soon as I walk in the door, the extremely kind owner offers me a coffee and a delicious Chantilly. I must say that the Pandoro is of excellent quality, made as it should be, it certainly stands out from those you find in supermarkets or even in other delicatessens and pastry shops I have tried. The ingredients are there so to speak, you can't just smell the butter and sugar, a quality product at a fair price. I will definitely be back as soon as I have the chance, thank you and Happy Holidays!

Sono passata oggi per un caffè veloce trovandomi in zona per lavoro, ho trovato un ragazzo gentilissimo che mi ha fatto un caffè macchiato degno di questo nome e mi ha servito un pasticcino semplicemente spettacolare assicurandomi che li fa il proprietario. Che dire, complimenti!!!

Il mio posto preferito per il caffè del mattino! Ricca scelta di pasticcini e croissant sempre freschissimi. Per il mio compleanno Guido mi ha fatto una torta di frutta spettacolare.
