AWESOME EXPERIENCE! This is a 3-part review because we did the truffle hunting, the cooking class and, the next evening, we dined at the restaurant. Truffle hunting - what a treat! A beautiful walk in the woods following Pepe, the most enthusiastic truffle-hunting dog you'll ever meet. He lives to find truffles and he did not disappoint. HIs owner, Daniel, and our guide/interpreter, Heather, provided so much interesting information about truffles, how the dogs are trained, why truffles are so rare... it was an experience we will never forget. Cooking - Nanna Ciana led our class and, again, with the help of Heather, took us on a cooking journey. Pasta from scratch (simple when you have expert guidance), bruschetta, chicken, and a mascarpone cream dessert... all to die for. But what we appreciated most was the generous spirit of our hosts. It was about so much more than the food, it's about the tradition and sharing the experience with family. Again, unforgettable. Dinner - We had to go to dinner the next night because we knew they would be serving the truffles we (Pepe, really) found. The food was delicious, the service (led by one of the sons, whose name I do not recall) was warm and attentive. Thank you Heather, Daniel, Pepe and Nanna Ciana... we cannot wait to return!

We went to this restaurant with two little girls. Location surrounded by greenery, the restaurant inside is also very nice. Really excellent food from starters, to first courses (with homemade pasta), to meat. Excellent service. Everyone is very kind and ready to solve every need, even for the little ones. If we were to return to these areas, we will certainly return. Excellent value for money.

Despite no advance reservation, we got a spot. The staff was very friendly. The food was very good. Unfortunately, individual glasses of wine are not served. The Chianti wine is highly recommended (wine from the region). Very rural location.

We spent New Year's Eve in this restaurant immersed in the countryside. Excellent dishes with local and seasonal ingredients. Special mention to the Pici with black cabbage and pecorino fondue. Truly unforgettable. Congratulations to all the staff for their professionalism and kindness.

Per la notte di San Silvestro, dopo aver visto su internet alcune location in zona, decido di prenotare in questo ristorante non troppo lontano da dove alloggiamo. Giunti al posto veniamo accolti da una “brigata di giovani” tutti bravi che ci accompagnano al nostro bel...

Un casolare tipico toscano, elegante e raffinato, dove poter gustare piatti particolari, sfiziosi e sicuramente ottimi. L'atmosfera è piacevole e il servizio attento ai dettagli.

Ristorante consigliato da una persona locale a 20 minuti da Siena. Abbiamo assaggiato la loro crema di patate con uovo e tartufo, le tagliatelle con ragù di cinghiale e la tagliata di manzo al rosmarino con patate al forno. Tutti i piatti erano molto buoni. Altrettanto buono è stato lo scrigno con zabaione e pere cotte nel vino che abbiamo ordinato per concludere la cena. Ampia selezione per la scelta dei vini. Prezzi poco sopra la media locale. Consigliamo prenotazione perché noi lo abbiamo trovato molto affollato.

Ottimo cena, location molto curata nei dettagli, come lo sono i piatti. Ottimo tutto. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!
