Appetizer with Piedmontese specialties, delicious and beautiful to look at. Delicious hazelnut agnolotti, bacon with potatoes not to be missed. The menu formula is excellent with starter, first course of the day and dessert for €28, economical given the quality of the products offered.

We went to this restaurant during a holiday in the beautiful city of Turin in mid-February. The restaurant is one of the typical dishes of Turin where we were able to taste excellent dishes typical of the culinary tradition of Turin, from appetizers to desserts, prepared with care and skill. Good service, courteous and quick. Prices appropriate to the quality of the food. Recommended for those who find themselves in Turin in the San Salvario area.

Sono stato in questo ristorante per due giorni di fila a pranzo su consiglio di un collega, quindi questa recensione è il risultato di due esperienze.
Cosa mi è piaciuto: le pietanze, ho assaggiato le acciughe (del cantabrico, ormai vengono tutte da quel mare) e il galletto un giorno, la tartare di Fassona l’altro giorno, purtroppo non ho potuto prendere il vino perché dovevo lavorare ma la scelta mi è sembrata davvero ampia.
Cosa è da migliorare: l’empatia verso il cliente, il personale mi è sembrato freddo anche se molto educato, un po’ di gentilezza in più farebbe meglio apprezzare il posto.
A parte questa considerazione si mangia davvero bene ma non è l’ unica cosa che conta.
Comunque da consigliare .

Prenotato all' ultimo, senza troppe speranze, spinto da diversi racconti di ben mangiare a Torino.
Colpo di fortuna!!!
Bell' ambiente, servizio cortese e professionale, cibo all' altezza.
3 antipasti gros, insalata russa ( un po' di tonno aumenta il sapore, senza eccessi), battuta di fassona ( direi al naturale per esaltare il gusto della carne); 3 primi cit, agnolotti con salsa di burro e nocciole, " gnocchetti alla toma di lanzo e tagliolini al ragù di salsiccia; 2 dolci da capottarsi, in particolare una mousse di ricotta, e un bonet al caramello salato e amaretti, con acqua, 55 euro.
Ottimo tutto, compreso il pane.
