I was enchanted by the extraordinary experience at the Le 4 seasons restaurant in Casa Sassone. In addition to being greeted with warmth and courtesy by the staff, we were delighted by exceptional dishes that satisfied our every culinary desire. The ambience of the restaurant is simply enchanting, with a perfect combination of elegance and warmth that makes it the ideal place for a romantic dinner or an evening with friends. Every detail, from the furnishings to the lighting, contributes to creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere. I highly recommend the restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable gastronomic experience in a lovely setting.

Beautiful venue, with attention to the smallest details. Top quality. The room with the well, or rather with the wells, is fantastic. Great Pierino.

Pizza restaurant in the historic center of Saluzzo. Very nice and characteristic place, friendly and kind waiters. Good but not memorable pizzas. Rich menu for the restaurant which we did not try. Medium-high prices

Sempre perfetto, dalla pizza al caponet, al fritto di calamari, perfetto il dolce. Perfetto l’ambiente, perfetto il servizio, nulla da dire se non: complimenti!!! Tant’è che quando posso ci torno.

Ospite di un caro amico dopo una eternità ho potuto riassaporare le prelibatezze piemontesi in terra cunese o meglio a Saluzzo. È stato davvero emozionante. Il locale luminoso, spazioso, arredato con gusto con diversii ambienti molto singolari come il caveau e la cantina segreta. La cucina elaborata ma concreta e mai banale. Materia prima di assoluta qualità. Il personale, tutto, sia di sala che di cucina cordiale, sorridente, disponibile e innamorato del proprio lavoro cui gli ottimi risultati sono evidenti. Vitello tonnato piemontese, battuta di cruda di fassone, brasato al barolo, guancia di manzo con castagne... tutto annaffiato con un ottimo Nebbiolo Vietti. Infine tris di dolci e passito ma ancora cioccolato fondente a pezzi e Rhum selezionato. Ero in trasferta ma, in realtà, a casa e mi sono commosso. Complimenti allo Chef. Grazie

02/04/2024: What a great experience dining at the La Ciau Del Totnavento. Everything about this restaurant from the stunning view, service and great dishes makes it worthwhile it's Michelin star and without a doubt one of the best restaurants we have dined in Langhe region. The setting of the restaurant overseeing the hills itself is a sight, service by the staff was special, from wine recommendations to ensuring we had a lovely meal it was perfect. All the dishes we tried were delicate yet had great flavours and paid homage to the local ingredients, fine dining standards but yet staying true to the texture and flavours of the dishes. Overall a great dining experience. We had a your of the private canteen and what a special treat that was, housing more than 50K bottles, it's a sight to behold. The passion and discipline to create a collection like this is just immeasurable. Made the whole dining experience even more special. Langhe has some amazing restaurants from small Trattoria, to Osteria and some special restaurants and this one makes it up the list.
31/03/2024: Very nice place. The inside is a little small but the outside is large. Very friendly owner. Very good wine and products. Excellent quality/price. Absolutely recommended
