The cured meats and the giardiniera all produced by them are good, the asparagus pie is good and if I have to find a flaw, the blueberry gnocchi is not very tasty. The strong point is the meat, excellent, soft, tasty and juicy. After exchanging a few words with the owner, he really knows a lot about meat and cooking, you can also see it from the equipment and smoker located outside. Warm, rustic and welcoming place, good wines. I will definitely return for a good meal of meat. Compliments.
