Lemi In Tricase

Excellent and non-trivial dishes at Ippazio Turco's informal mini-restaurant in the historic center of Tricase. We've tried almost all of them...although the menu changes often. Sea bream in Boccaccio, Catalan octopus, Millefeuille di Bombette, just to name a few. The scottona burgers and the now famous Polpanino are also excellent!

I was able to taste two dishes from the Turkish chef Ippazio in his Lemì mussels and gin (because he also creates Gin). Crispy cuttlefish appetizer with mayonnaise and a second course made of long wing (white tuna) on white onion cream and confit. Both dishes are special and cooked just right, not to mention mouth-watering. The table is placed outside in the heart of the historic center of Tricase with the warm light of the municipal street lamps and an atmosphere that seems to have remained in the 70s. For those who do not understand Ippazio's culinary style, they cannot understand the quality and importance in the preparation of the dishes. I definitely recommend it The only flaw that I would like to express as a sommelier is the price of the wines doubled in price. I will definitely return

Locale molto caratteristico, curato nei dettagli così come i piatti, veramente buoni e soprattutto ben pensati. c'è una cura sia del gusto che dell'estetica. la treccia di orata era ottima cos' come i totani alla brace e nota di merito per la spigola con patate in tre consistenze. rapporto qualità prezzo non è nella norma però bisogna apprezzare l'impegno culinario e della scelta delle materie prime

Piatti belli, gustosissimi e molto particolari!

Qui ho trovato lo studio per proporre dei piatti con materie prima di grande qualità. Sicuramente traspare la grande ricerca dello Chef che sono sicuro lo porterà ancora più in vetta. Una piccola critica: nel servizio ho riscontrato troppe attese che si sono verificate sia prima di ordinare che fra l’antipasto e il secondo. Del resto c’è anche da dire che i piatti sono preparati al momento e siamo ad agosto. Un elogio al Gin tonic e al pane che hanno smorzato le attese. Meriterebbe sicuramente 5 stelle per il rapporto qualità prezzo senza quanto sopra descritto.

Posticino carino, con proposte di Pesce dello chef, non fanno pasta.

E qui si vola alti. Location nel centro storico di Tricase molto suggestiva. Piatti non banali e gustosissimi cucinati in maniera impeccabile. Lista dei vini adeguata al locale. Servizio non velocissimo ma non è stato un problema.
