Lido La Caravella Club In Taormina

This is a well organised beach resort not too busy. They collect you from your hotel and return you at end of day. You can reserve direct or with your hotel. You can also get the app and reserve a particular sun bed. Food and drink can be eaten in the restaurant or they serve on the beach, Towels are extra so bring your own. Lovely beach and easy to get in and out of the water. Staff are great and cannot do enough. Definately worth a visit.

This super beach bar is a little walking 20 minutes from the gondola but totally worth the extra walk. The prices are very reasonable, the beach is spacious & the food excellent. Great for seafood & on a Sunday very popular with the locals which is always a good sign. Access to the sea is easy but you do still need beach shoes for the rocks. We are going again tomorrow for all the above reasons and we are looking forward to another great day.

Clean beach with a club. Very reasonable price of EUR 25 for 2 sun loungers and an umbrella for the whole day. Transfer from/to hotel was free with shuttle bus (Hotel Le Chevalier Taormina) It has a simple seafood restaurant with delicious bruschetta and caprese where you can enjoy lunch. Even if one person comes to the beach, they don't have a problem and you can buy a deckchair and an umbrella for 12.50. Great place, I recommend it.

Beautiful beach with all services! Very good prices

Nous avons déjeuné dans cet établissement et avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité de ce restaurant. Les mets étaient très bons, pâtes fraîches, service impeccable, très joli cadre. Tous les ingrédients y étaient avec en bonus la vue très "carte postale". Je recommande vivement !

Significantly better beach than Isola Bella and cheaper. We paid €12.5 per person for transfer in a large minibus and deck chair with parasol. At Isola Bella we paid €30 per person and then we had to go down from Taormina and paid €6 for the cable car up again. This beach was gravel vs Isola Bella's larger rocks. Still recommend wearing bathing shoes. It also felt more airy and there weren't as many people here. At Isola Bella it felt overcrowded and there is a long steep staircase down to/up from the beach to the street. The only minus was that the restaurant's food was not good. Maybe you can eat at one of the others? Highly recommend paying for transfer here vs the bays below Taormina.

We had a wonderful day, friendly staff, excellent restaurant, more than honest prices, we recommend it.
