A person from Bari recognizes the quality of raw fish early and this restaurant immediately instilled confidence and tranquility in us! The starters are excellent, the first courses are excellent, the frying is not exceptional and the desserts are adequate for the rest! My advice: I would pay more attention to the seating, the plating with more appropriate and modern crockery, the outdoor gazebo, which is dated! The cost is definitely commensurate with the quality of the dishes and the staff is experienced and professional! We will definitely be back! Compliments.

My husband and I had a wonderful Easter lunch here at Incanto. High quality food, very fresh raw fish, attentive staff, very nice owner always present, available for every request. Congratulations to everyone ❤️

Bella la terrazza all’aperto, direttamente sul mare, sala interna anonima ma comunque adeguata, al pari del servizio. Carta dei vini assai semplice con giusti ricarichi, così come il conto, menù ampio (povero chef!), portate corpose, cucina senza acuti ma non male.

Ho avuto l'opportunità di seguire le orme del buon Borghese e ho cenato in questo locale. L'ambiente e carino e curato, il servizio sempre disponibile e cortese. La cucina ha proposto materie prime di qualità e ben lavorate, solo il primo piatto un po' sotto le aspettative per il resto tutto ok. Siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristorante dopo aver visto la puntata de "I 4 Ristoranti".Siamo stati accolti dal titolare icon cortesia e professionalità,consigliati molto bene in base alle nostre richieste,confermiamo l'alta qualità delle portate di crudo,compreso il carpaccio di scorfano,eccellenti i gamberoni fritti.
Nota di merito ai Paccheri con pomodorino giallo e tonno fresco.
Buona frittura di paranza.Eccellenti il Tiramisù ed il Profiterol "Non industriali"
Buona carta dei vini,servizio eccellente.
