Lo Schiaccino In Prato

I didn't know it... very nice, close to the center of Prato but quiet... The schiaccine..... Amazing, special and very good ingredients, bread and tortillas made by them, cecina... delicious, killer hummus sauce... made by them. Wine recommended by the owner, very good and from the area. The staff were kind and attentive. The owner is friendly and nice in his ways, his advice is excellent. I was really struck by the background playlist of Italian music from the 60s and 70s, it takes you back to memories. HANDSOME. I recommend you try it, you won't regret it.

Nice place located next to the fabric museum. The food was good, however with a sandwich of that size (11 euros) I would have added some chips and sauce to accompany it.

A beautiful discovery in Prato. I really liked the place, urban style: it is an old repurposed textile factory. Excellent service, a flourish by the very nice girls who manage it. These "schiaccini" are truly delicious. I would recommend tasting the "cecina" which is truly sublime. Overall, the price seems fair to me.
