A very good pizza, even the classic one

We had dinner on Sunday evening, booking late, 6 plus a dog. We had a great time, pizza round. The pizzas arrive one after the other, at least they don't get cold, all very good. The service is definitely up to par, the guys are kind, helpful and professional. Account in line for the quality of the pizzas and the service. Tip: listen to the waiters when they advise you on the number of pizzas, you always have time to add one later.

I had high expectations from this place and they were not disappointed. Applause for their gourmet pizza concept: pizzas so good and unique, never tried. I was struck by the steamed dough of the pizza with the baked pork belly, but certainly my absolute favorite was the pizza with flamed and marinated tuna. The "normal" pizzas were also very good, we opted for the one with nduja, burrata and yellow tomato, a perfect combination. Not to mention the fabulous desserts, tiramisu, cheesecakes and brownies! Furthermore, the location is very nice and well looked after, the staff is attentive and friendly and the service is quite fast. We'll be back, highly recommended!

Pizza with perfect dough, except that the choice was limited, excellent service, top atmosphere

At the spela you only eat pizza: delicious dough, both the pizza with katsuobushi and lard and the gluten-free one (which they were kind enough to make for me without having booked). By way of exclusion I took the vegetarian one, overall it was a bit heavy but the taste was exceptional (on top there was the Jerusalem artichoke which I mistakenly mistook for potato until the end when I heard the waiter saying it to another table... ). The gourmet pizza, with lard and katsuobushi, is excellent but I would recommend cutting the radicchio leaves so as not to risk dragging away all the seasoning with the first bite. The welcome polenta and the gift for women's day were appreciated. The mirto is excellent, offered in three alcoholic variants and a nice choice of beers. The price of the classic and gluten-free options was excellent, the special one we got, overall, I would have paid a few euros less. For a few months it has been possible to have a tasting menu (one for €50 and one for €65, total price for two people) with three fixed flavours. Next time we'll probably try pizzas with that formula!

Che bella scoperta! Eravamo alla ricerca di una trattoria toscana, quando per un caso ci siamo imbattuti in questa pizzeria. E meno male! Abbiamo scoperto delle pizze gourmet (BUONISSIME) innovative e dai sapori inaspettati. Menu’ accurato in cui viene menzionato anche il tipo di cottura (al vapore o alla romana). Personale giovane, cordiale e professionale (una rarità trovare questa combinazione). Veramente un bel posto! Consigliatissimo!

Una pizza veramente speciale, sapori e materia prima eccellente. Vasto assortimento di birre. Nota di merito al servizio : camerieri giovani, preparati e gentilissimi.
