Typical 80s trattoria with dishes made with well-made ingredients. Warm and welcoming environment with attentive and familiar service. The price of the vegetable appetizer was a little exaggerated for the quantity represented in the dishes but otherwise everything was ok.

I see 6 negative reviews out of 211🤔 Will they be 205 unhappy or 6? Then, I read "INN" not Pizzeria, for pizzas, I suggest Pizzerias that also deliver it to your home! Wonderful refreshment point, panoramic and characteristic, home-made cuisine with excellent products, helpful and courteous staff, unique quality and price. I give it a 6 ☆☆☆☆☆☆.

Kindness grandmother's kitchen rediscovery of natural dishes LIKE GRANDMOTHER ABSOLUTELY TO DISCOVER. TIME HAS STOPPED

Ristorante incantevole sotto tutti gli aspetti, che si è conquistato il titolo di "posto del cuore" per me e il mio compagno. La location è all'interno di un borgo medievale dove vivono solo 51 persone (!) e da cui si gode una vista splendida sul golfo di Salerno. Il ristorante ha il guato retro di una taverna italiana di una volta, autentica e a conduzione familiare. Il menù è solo apparentemente semplice: tutto cotto o ripassato nel forno a legna, mi ha fatto ritornare bambina, alla cucina di mia nonna. Parlando con il cameriere, figlio del mitico Tony, che sforna le pizze e produce un liquore alle erbe addictive, abbiamo scoperto che la pasta è esclusivamente fatta in casa e che tutto, dalle verdure alla carne al vino, proviene da piccoli produttori della zona. Che dire! In questi tempi di "km 0",greenwashing e quant'altro, la Locanda al Castello ha molto da insegnare. Consigliatissimo.
